Payment and Cancellation Terms – Credit

For confirmed reservations until the 31st December 2025:

Cancelation, Alteration and No-show

  • Up to 2 players: 72h prior day of first round;
  • 3 to 4 players: 7 days prior day of first round;
  • 5 to 15 players: 15 days prior day of first round;
  • 16 players or more: 30 days prior day of first round 
  • No-shows, cancellations and/or modifications requested after the cancellation period will be charged in full. There are no refunds for delayed or cancelled flights or personal injuries. Travel insurance is recommended. In the event of a no-show, the unit is not obliged to accommodate the client, unless a later arrival time has been agreed.
  • Cancellation requests must always be sent to the following e-mail address: reservationspalmares@palmaresresort.com, and will only be considered accepted once they have been confirmed by Palmares Resort.

For confirmed reservations from the 1st of January 2026 onwards:

  • Cancellations/changes before the day of the round will not incur any penalties:
    • Until 15 days: January, February, July, August, November and December.
    • Until 30 days: March, April, May, June, September and October.
  • No-shows, cancellations and/or modifications requested after the cancellation period will be charged in full. There are no refunds for delayed or cancelled flights or personal injuries. Travel insurance is recommended. In the event of a no-show, the unit is not obliged to accommodate the client, unless a later arrival time has been agreed.
