The Almond Blossom Tournament (or Amendoeiras em Flor in portuguese) is one of the oldest and most cherished golf events held at Palmares. Celebrated annually during the almond tree bloom, it brings together players in a vibrant atmosphere that blends competition with the natural beauty of early spring in the Algarve. Day 1 – Wednesday 28.01
17:00. Welcome Drink with finger food at the Clubhouse, Check-in & welcome kit.
Day 2 – Thursday 29.01
8:30-9:30. Warm up balls available on the Driving Range
9:30. Shotgun start Texas Scramble Pairs – Lagos-Praia (10 to 27)
Day 3 – Friday 30.01
8:30-9:30. Warm up balls available on the Driving Range
9:30. 1 Shotgun start Best Ball & Individual Stableford – Praia-Alvor (19 to 9)
Day 4 – Saturday 31.01
8:30-9:30. Warm up balls available on the Driving Range
9:30. Shotgun start Individual Stableford or Medal (depending on the Handicap) – Alvor-Lagos (1 to 18)
18:30. Prize Giving Dinner at the Clubhouse
Handicap Limit: 28 Men/36 Ladies
Open to all players affiliated to the golfing Union or Federation of their countries
The rules applied will be the rules of the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews
